Joey Powell is the visionary owner and lead coach at Drive Rx Prescribed Fitness, where his extensive background as a former Army soldier and Air Force Technical Sergeant in the Combat Control Team (CCT) informs his robust training methodologies. Joey is also one of the original CrossFit participants, bringing a wealth of experience and passion for high-intensity functional training to his coaching style.

A seasoned public speaker, Joey has shared his insights on fitness and leadership in various platforms, including a TEDx talk, inspiring many with his stories of resilience and determination.
